As a team, they did not know what to do with product that could not make it in the eyes of elite restaurants and high end grocery chains in the mid-west. With business booming they came to us for an ideas of what to do and how to do it. They needed recipes, dietary information, a production team, a certified staff, packaging solutions and a way to get it to market.
